Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician - Community (MHRT/C) Certificate (Online only)

The MHRT/C certification prepares students to provide services to adults with serious mental illness. Many careers within the behavioral health field require the MHRT/C certification. The content and skills covered in the MHRT/C curriculum also transfer to other roles/populations in the behavioral health field, expanding the student’s marketability and job opportunities. The MHRT/C concentration has been approved by the Center for Learning at the Muskie School of Public Service. Once students complete the course requirements, they are eligible to receive their MHRT/C certification through the Center for Learning at the Muskie School of Public Service.

This program is only available online. Please note, international students enrolled in distance education (online) programs are not eligible for F-1 student status at UMFK.
