Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Post-Master’s Certificate

The Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program prepares the graduate to provide care for individuals across the lifespan (infant to adult), families, and populations as risk for psychiatric or mental health disorders. Care provided by the PMHNP focuses on relationship‐building and the promotion of optimal mental health and the prevention and treatment of psychiatric and mental health disorders. PMHNP provide care to include the assessment, diagnosis, and management of psychiatric and mental health disorders across the lifespan.
