The Conservation Law Enforcement associate degree program at UMFK equips students with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary for entry-level positions in environmental protection, natural resource management, and conservation law enforcement. Combining rigorous academic coursework with hands-on experiential learning, this program fosters critical thinking, leadership development, and ethical decision-making essential for careers dedicated to conservation and enforcement.
Designed as a standalone degree program or as a seamless pathway to a four-year Bachelor of Science in Conservation Law Enforcement degree, this two-year program prepares students for professional roles in wildlife protection, park services, and conservation law enforcement, while maintaining flexibility for continued education.
The Conservation Law Enforcement AA degree will be awarded upon the successful completion of the program requirements and fulfillment of the University of Maine at Fort Kent graduation requirements.
