The Behavioral Science Minor provides students with a foundation in behavioral health science that enables them to increase their understanding of individual and group behavior.

Minor Requirements

PSY 100: Introduction to Psychology 3 credits
SOC 100: Introduction to Sociology 3 credits
SSC 241: Writing and Critical Analysis in the Social & Behavioral Sciences 3 credits
OR
NUR 401: Health Related Research and Evidence-Based Practice 3 credits (Nursing Majors Only)
PSY electives (Minimum of 6 credits 300 level or above) 9 credits
