SED 420: Special Education Law

3 credits

This course will review the special education legislation that has shaped the field of special education we see today. We will review the new IDEIA and discuss the changes that will impact special education programming and parental rights. The format of the course will involve readings, discussions, and reflective writing activities.

Prerequisite(s): EDU 303  and/or SED 310 .
