NUR 497C: Senior Preceptorship Practicum

Directed clinical practicum experience in which students apply knowledge, attitude, and skills gained from all prior semesters to provide safe, quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care of individuals, families, and communities that simultaneously demonstrates professionalism, leadership, and collaboration with members of the health care team. Offered Fall and Spring.

Prerequisite(s): >2.5 GPA; Second semester senior standing in nursing major with successful completion of all clinical nursing courses and all standardized specialty exams.
