NUR 607: Ethical Leadership in Advanced Nursing Practice

The course focuses on the advanced leadership skills required for interprofessional leaders working in complex healthcare organizations. Students engage in self-reflection to foster personal and professional growth and accountability while exploring the concepts of advanced leadership. The ways in which advanced practice nurses can influence change is explored with a basis in leadership principles and theories.

Prerequisite(s): Must be enrolled in the Graduate Master of Science in Nursing program or instructor’s permission.
