NUR 765: Interprofessional Collaboration for Improving Patient and Population Health Outcomes

This course identifies the ways in which the nurse practitioner (NP) collaborates with the interprofessional team to provide care through meaningful communication and active participation in person-centered and population-centered care. The NP has the opportunity to communicate in a manner that facilitates a partnership approach to quality care delivery. The NP performs effectively as a team member, using principles and values of team dynamics.
