NUR 770: Clinical Prevention and Population Health

3 credits

In this course, students will critically analyze data and evidence for improving advanced nursing practice. Through the integration of knowledge from the humanities and sciences with in thecontext of nursing science, students will translate research to improve practice processes and outcomes. Students will demonstrate ways to provide the full spectrum of healthcare services to include health promotion, disease prevention, health protection, and anticipatory guidance, counseling, disease management, palliative and end of life care.
