Exploration of the literature that is written for children and adolescents and a means by which to critically analyze such literature. We will explore the history of childhood literature, which is the foundation of adolescent literature. Through critical analysis and reflective focus, students will expand their understanding of quality literature and its importance in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults.
